If you're hosting a festival on private land, we handle everything from the ground up, with no need for approval from local authorities like the council. We begin by gathering essential details such as the duration of the event, whether accommodation is required, and the expected number of attendees. This information helps us guide you on important logistics, such as catering, toilet facilities, entertainment, and more.
We can arrange a wide range of festival-themed setups, from tipis and tents to marquees, complete with unique touches like hay bales and street food stalls. If you require prop hire, we can provide larger items such as archways or aerial displays to create an unforgettable atmosphere. Additionally, we can manage ticketing, including payment processing, RSVPs, and sales. To ensure the event runs smoothly, we also oversee all health and safety protocols for you and your suppliers.
A recent festival we organised was for Emily's dad's birthday, where he requested a 'mini Glastonbury'-style, three-day festival with tipis. Held on private land with 120 guests and accommodation, we handled the risk assessments, including accessibility considerations. We worked closely with the client on meal planning and dietary needs to minimise food waste. Entertainment included all-day live music and DJs, and we coordinated with the bands to share equipment, reducing the need for extra vans and minimising carbon emissions. The festival was powered by a renewable diesel generator, used for the shortest time possible. A portion of the profits from this event, as with all our events, was donated to the 'Make it Wild' foundation.
