After this first consultation, we take full responsibility for organising the event on your behalf, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day responsibilities while we manage the behind-the-scenes details. Our service requires an initial deposit to secure our planning, with the remaining balance due one week before the event.

As sustainability is a core focus, we prioritise working with eco-friendly suppliers and venues to ensure your event has a minimal environmental impact. We handle all communication with suppliers and set up payments, making sure every aspect of the event aligns with your budget. From meal options to responsibly sourced decorations, we will present you with a range of price points, allowing you to make mindful choices without compromising on quality or experience.

On the day of the event, we know how stressful managing everything can be, which is why we coordinate directly with your suppliers to ensure they are operating according to a well-structured timeline. This ensures the event runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether it’s coordinating caterers, setting up PA systems, or ensuring that entertainment arrives on time, we work behind the scenes to make sure every aspect of your event aligns with your vision, leaving you free to focus on your guests and enjoy the occasion.
