We are a Yorkshire based, sustainability-focused, event organising company specialising in large scale private and corporate event orchestration.
We aim to design, create and execute a complete solution that brings your vision into reality using proven strategies, innovative ideas, tailored resources and professional expertise. Worried about planning? Don't worry! We can take care of everything from finding venues, décor, suppliers, lighting and sound, creating invites and dealing with paperwork. We work with you to create a 'mood board' from an initial consultation, which we will then break down into the different aspects of your event to work around your budget. We also offer in-person support during your event if needed and all around communication.

We align all of our events to the UN's SDG framework. One way or another we commit to sustaining a foreword thinking approach with our event planning. We look at every aspect of the event plan, from the venue choice to the catering teams to the energy and waste outputs. We are proud that we have such a strong commitment to creating sustainable events and sharing our knowledge, to grow the importance of it, across the sector and with the suppliers we engage with. We think it's more than just a 'social responsibility'.

Emily - Owner & Founder
Over the past 10 years I have gained experience managing and running private events for established businesses and schools. I decided to take a leap and build my own business to continue doing what I love - organising!
I am a driven and highly motivated person, who naturally wants to achieve the highest possible standards, with a track record of events to support this. From venue hire to personalised décor, transport or catering, I can work with you to achieve your vision.
My values: Keeping a healthy work/life balance, prioritising mental health and engaging with clients and suppliers to create meaningful long lasting relationships.
Beth - Project Manager
Beth is Emily's sister. She manages the larger scale projects to help with setting up and organising logistics with suppliers directly.
Alicia & Robert - Finance & Construction Managers
Alicia and Robert are Emily's parents, who's main roles are to help with the logistics of the business. They aid in finances, budget management and business support. They also help on the construction side, whether that be setting up site maps or building props that are needed for projects, for instance backdrops.
